Non-Profit Vendor - 2025 Pride Rocks!

Each quantity gives a 10x10 booth. For multiple booths, select the 20x10 foot option below. We recognize the need to have LGBTQ+ serving organizations at Pride Rocks! to distribute information. If your non-profit is unable to afford the vendor fee, please contact Lake Miller (lmiller@nccjoh.org) and we will give you a coupon code for registration. Non-profits may not sell items in their booth. April 18th, 2024 is the deadline for reduced-fee or free non-profit spaces. After April 18th, non-profit vendors may apply for the standard rate.

Non-Profit 20x10 foot oversized space - 2025 Pride Rocks!

Price: $80.00

Each quantity gives your non-profit a 20x10 foot space at the event to distribute information. Non-profits may not sell items in their booth. April 18th is the deadline for reduced-fee or free non-profit spaces. After April 18th, 2025, vendors may apply for the standard date.

General Vendor - 2025 Pride Rocks!

Price: $65.00

Each quantity gives a 10x10 booth. For a 20x10 foot space select the option below. Early bird registration is $55 until December 31, 2024. On January 1, regular registration will be $65 until April 18th. On April 19, late registration will open until the event at $80.
