Non-Profit Vendor - 2026 Pride Rocks!

Price: $55.00

Each quantity gives a 10x10 booth. For a 20x10 foot space select the option below. Early bird registration is $50 until December 31, 2025. On January 1, regular registration will be $55 until April 17th. On April 18, late registration will open until the event at $85. We are dedicated to having non-profit vendors at the event. While the application fee helps us to cover the cost of the event, if your agency cannot cover the cost we are happy to provide a free space. If needed, please email info@nccjoh.org and we can provide a code.

Nonprofit Vendor 20x10 foot oversized space - 2026 Pride Rocks!

Price: $80.00

Each quantity gives you a 20x10 foot space. After April 17, non profit vendors must purchase 20x10 foot booths at the general vendor cost of $110.

General Vendor - 2026 Pride Rocks!

Price: $70.00

Each quantity gives a 10x10 booth. For a 20x10 foot space select the option below. Early bird registration is $60 until December 31, 2025. On January 1, regular registration will be $70 until April 17th. On April 18, late registration will open until the event at $85.

General Vendor 20x10 foot oversized space - 2026 Pride Rocks!

Price: $100.00

Each quantity gives you a 20x10 foot space. On April 18, general vendor 20x10 foot booths will go to $110.

Food Vendor - 2026 Pride Rocks!

Price: $150.00

Food truck for the event. Food vendors do not have access to electric and must supply their own.

Electric Access - 2026 Pride Rocks!

Price: $20.00

Access to an electrical outlet (quantity very limited)

Tables and Chairs

Price: $25.00

Access to two chairs and a 6 foot table at the event. Quantity is very limited.
