SPIDEE
“Students Promoting Inclusion, Diversity and Equity through Education” is a youth leadership program that prepares high school students to be leaders in their school and role models to younger students. High school students are taught facilitation skills on topics including team building, communication skills, and diversity. They use these skills to provide day long workshops in the elementary schools. This program helps build community, positive relationships and coping skills that create students who are prepared to face challenges that they may encounter throughout their life.
