DEI Professional Development Opportunities
Since 1978, NCCJ has provided high-quality, engaging, impactful programming for workplaces on diversity, equity, and inclusion. These sessions can be delivered through both virtual and in-person formats. NCCJ encourages small group engagement during these sessions in order to provide workplaces the opportunity to begin difficult conversations and support individuals in continuing the conversations beyond the training series as they return to work.
Our most popular product offering is our 4-Part Diversity 101 Series. This session dives into DEI issues, developing a common knowledge and understanding in your workplace. NCCJ also works with business to tailor professional development sessions to the diverse needs of your workplace.
