NCCJ has secured a block rate for the Hilton Garden Inn Dayton Downtown. This beautiful hotel was built within the historic Dayton Arcade, opening its doors in 2025. The group rate includes breakfast, and is available for $139 a night September 8-11.

Travel Information:

The easiest location to fly into will be the Dayton International Airport (approx. 20 minute drive from downtown). The other airport options would be the Columbus or Cincinnati (located in Covington, KY) airports which are each over an hour from downtown. We recommend the Dayton airport for ease of travel.

All of the scheduled activities at the conference will either be within a short walk of the hotel, or conference transportation will be provided. While individuals can rent a car, free parking is not provided at the hotel, and having a car available is not necessary. The hotel is directly in the middle of the downtown district. Everything you should need (with the exception of a pharmacy and full service grocery store) is available within walking distance.

To get to the hotel from the Dayton airport, NCCJ is hoping to arrange two shuttle times at no cost to you. Those who select "Airplane" as their arrival method on transportation will receive a form to indicate their arrival and departure times so we can try to arrange two convenient shuttle times (for each arrival and departure). You may also get to the hotel/airport via Uber/Lyft or airport taxi, however these options cost approximately $50 per trip from the Dayton Airport, and will be difficult to arrange from the other airport options. NCCJ cannot help arrange transportation to and from any airport except the Dayton Airport.

The hotel does not provide free parking, but it is available for self-parking at $10 per day (within a short block from the hotel). The hotel also offers valet parking at close to $30 per day. NCCJ is also arranging a more affordable parking option which would be located approximately a quarter of a mile walk from the hotel. We will send parking options (and their costs/distance from the event) out to those who select "car" as their arrival method prior to the event. There are additional pay garage locations located within several blocks of the hotel as well. Street parking is available outside the hotel and is metered during the day, and free overnight/evenings.

Thank you for being a member organization of the National Federation for Just Communities. Each member agency receives two complimentary registrations to the event. This registration form will allow you to add those tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased through the "Additional Tickets" option at a cost of $150 per each additional attendee. Tickets do not include transportation to and from Dayton for the event. Most meals are included with a secured seat. Breakfast is not included, however breakfast is provided with booking at our conference hotel.
